Course: Music Department

	The Vanlue Music Department works with students in grades K-12, to provide as many musical experiences as possible. All students in grades K-6 receive instruction in general music and each year participate in a spring or winter musical program. 5th and 6th grade students have the opportunity to perform in elementary band. Our high school band is comprised of instrumental students in grades 7-12 and our choir is open to students in grades 9-12. We believe that music education is an important part of the educational process. Our school takes pride in a music department that strives to involve as many students as possible in a quality music education.
